1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:

• "koi99," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at the domain koi99.cam and all associated services.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the koi99 platform and services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the koi99 platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, betting markets, customer support, payment processing, and related features provided by koi99.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User into their koi99 Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from a User's koi99 Account to their designated bank account or payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives provided by koi99 subject to specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the amount a User must wager before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an Account and use koi99 Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from gaming activities or subject to any restriction that would prevent you from legally participating in online gaming.

koi99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an Account on koi99, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your username and password.
• Notify koi99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

Each individual may register only one Account on koi99. Multiple Accounts registered by the same person may be closed without notice, and all funds and bonuses forfeited.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to ensure the security of our platform, koi99 may require Users to complete identity verification by submitting:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Verification of payment method ownership (bank account statement or screenshot showing account holder name).

Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if KYC verification is incomplete or if submitted documents do not satisfy our requirements.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

koi99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours. Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to twenty-four hours to reflect in your Account balance.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure.

3.2 Withdrawal Process and Timeframes

Users may request Withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Maximum withdrawal limit is Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah) per day for standard Accounts, with higher limits available for VIP tier members.
• KYC verification must be completed before any Withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: typically two to four hours during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB).
• E-wallet withdrawals: typically four to six hours.
• Withdrawals requested during evenings, weekends, or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

koi99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times up to seventy-two hours.

3.3 Fees and Currency

koi99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees which are beyond our control. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by your financial institution at their prevailing exchange rates.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

koi99 may offer various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, risk-free betting across multiple platforms, or any form of systematic bonus exploitation, will result in bonus forfeiture and Account closure.
• Each bonus has specific terms including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. These terms are detailed in the promotional material and must be reviewed before claiming any bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be converted to cash by satisfying the stated wagering requirements.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
• koi99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New Users may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The standard welcome bonus offers a one hundred percent (100%) match on the first deposit up to Rp 2,000,000 (two million Indonesian Rupiah). Terms include:

• Minimum qualifying deposit: Rp 100,000.
• Wagering requirement: thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.
• Validity period: thirty (30) days from bonus activation.
• Eligible games: sports betting, live casino, and slots. Wagering contributions vary by game type.

4.3 VIP Cashback

Members enrolled in the koi99 VIP program receive weekly cashback on net losses calculated every Monday at 00:00 WIB. Cashback rates range from 0.3% (Bronze tier) to 1.2% (Diamond tier) depending on VIP status. Cashback is credited directly to the Account with no wagering requirements.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, the following rules apply:

• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within forty-eight hours, all bets remain valid.
• If a match is canceled or not rescheduled within forty-eight hours, all bets are void and stakes refunded.
• For matches that are abandoned after kickoff, bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body. If no official result is declared, bets on the final outcome are void.

koi99 reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or if the integrity of the event is compromised.

5.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. All gameplay is recorded and may be reviewed in the event of disputes. The dealer's decision is final, subject to review by our gaming operations team. Technical issues during gameplay may result in the round being void and stakes refunded.

5.3 Slots and RNG Games

All slot games and random number generator (RNG) games on koi99 use certified random number generators tested by independent laboratories. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by koi99 or any third party. 7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination

koi99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate User Accounts in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal purpose.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through collusion, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation.
• Operating multiple Accounts.
• Being underage at the time of registration.
• Displaying abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other Users.

Upon suspension or termination, all bonus funds and pending bets will be forfeited. Deposits may be refunded at koi99's discretion after deducting any costs incurred.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding balances will be returned to the User's registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees. Closure requests may take up to fourteen business days to process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the koi99 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of koi99 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, koi99 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Technical failures, including server downtime, network interruptions, or software malfunctions, except where such failures directly result in financial loss to the User through no fault of their own.
• Third-party actions, including payment processor errors, bank delays, or actions by game providers.

In no event shall koi99's total liability to any User exceed the amount deposited by that User in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a User and koi99, the User must first contact our customer support team to attempt resolution. All disputes will be handled in accordance with the following process:

1. The User submits a written complaint detailing the nature of the dispute to [email protected].
2. koi99 will investigate the complaint and respond within seven business days.
3. If the complaint cannot be resolved to the User's satisfaction, the matter may be escalated to our senior management team for final review.
4. koi99's decision following senior management review is final and binding.

Users agree that any legal action arising from the use of koi99 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, and Indonesian law shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms & Conditions.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

koi99 is committed to protecting User privacy and personal data. Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. 12. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

koi99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of koi99 Services following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree with amended terms must cease using the platform and close their Account.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
